Rachel Viscomi

Rachel Viscomi is a litigation attorney with the Boston office of Bingham McCutchen LLP. As part of her practice, she trains all levels of Bingham associates in negotiation practice and theory. In addition to her law practice, Rachel works as a dispute resolution trainer, conducting workshops for legal and business professionals, as well as students.

Rachel has been a frequent member of the teaching team for Harvard’s Negotiation Workshop, as well as its Program of Instruction for Lawyers. As a member of the Harvard Mediation Program, she mediated cases in local district courts and helped train new mediators. In addition, Rachel served as a Hewlett Foundation Research Fellow in Law & Negotiation, where her research focused on the Uniform Mediation Act.

Prior to law school, Rachel spent a year studying in Florence, where she earned her Masters' degree in Italian from Middlebury's Scuola Italiana. Rachel received her B.A. summa cum laude from Columbia College with departmental honors in Italian Literature, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
