Monica Parker

Monica Parker Monica provides negotiation and communication training/consulting services for corporate, governmental, and educational institutions. She has conducted negotiation and communication training workshops for a variety of clients including IBM, Deloitte & Touche, Goldman Sachs and the Environmental Protection Agency. She has provided conflict resolution services for organizations with internal conflicts and communication difficulties. Monica also works with lawyers dissatisfied with the practice of law to help them find fulfilling work.

Prior to her consulting and coaching practice, Monica practiced law at a large law firm and a boutique law firm. She has also served as a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School teaching the negotiation course for law students and an executive version of the course at the Program of Instruction for Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law.

Monica graduated with a B.A. in English and American Literature from Harvard College cum laude and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
