Bob BordoneBob is the Thaddeus R. Beal Lecturer on Law and the Deputy Director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project (HNRP) at the Law School. In addition to teaching Harvard's Spring Negotiation Workshop he also teaches an Interdisciplinary Research Seminar on Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. Bob recently served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition to his teaching duties at Harvard, Bob also has extensive consulting and training experience. He has worked with organizations as diverse as the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Gap, Inc., Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Bob has taught undergraduates at Connecticut College, lawyers for Microsoft in Europe, and teachers and school officials in Princeton, New Jersey. His research interests include the design and implementation of dispute resolution systems and the development of a problem-solving curriculum in law schools. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Bob clerked for the Honorable George A. O'Toole, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. He has also worked at Crowell & Moring in Washington, Cravath, Swaine, & Moore in New York, the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department, the Boston Consulting Group, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather.
